Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the platform Boostpay99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration
• Be a resident of or be physically located in Malaysia when using the platform
• Hold an active and valid Malaysian phone number
• Hold a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• Not listed under any self-exclusion programme or betting limit scheme imposed by the relevant authorities
• Not an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a Boostpay99 employee

Boostpay99 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age verification documents, or other documentation at any time to verify a user's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Boostpay99 platform. Creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and constitutes grounds for the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings obtained.

User Account

When you register an account with Boostpay99, you are fully responsible for all activities that take place within that account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and any changes to account settings.

• You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful
• You must keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and payment details
• Your account password must be strong and must not be shared with anyone

• You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party

Boostpay99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential. Any unauthorised access resulting from user negligence is solely the user's responsibility.

Boostpay99 will never ask for your password, PIN, or any sensitive account information via email, WhatsApp, phone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a fraud attempt by a third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the platform Boostpay99 conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Only Malaysian local payment methods are accepted:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash

Any bonus-related disputes will be resolved based on boostpay99's system records, which shall be considered final.

Boostpay99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to your account before such changes will continue to be governed by the original terms agreed upon at the time the bonus was awarded.

Betting Rules

All betting activity on Boostpay99 subject to the following general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game category:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn
• Boostpay99 reserves the right to void, reject, or restrict any bet without providing a reason
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, Boostpay99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake
• Game and sports results adopted by Boostpay99 are based on official sources and are considered final
• Any attempt to exploit odds errors, system lag, or technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure

For live in-play betting on Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, MPL MY e-sports, and other sports, odds may change at any time until a bet is confirmed. Boostpay99 is not responsible for any odds changes that occur between the time a user places a bet and when the system confirms it.

All Live Casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by a qualified third party. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.

Prohibited Activities

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• At the user's own request

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the boostpay99 support team at support@boostpay99.bet. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to the user's original payment method once identity verification is complete.

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, boostpay99 reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the violating activity. Users may appeal the closure decision by contacting our support team within 30 days of the closure notice.

Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions takes effect from 1 January 2026. Previous versions are no longer applicable.
